Custom Orders
Custom orders are made to order and will be around 1-3 business weeks from the time the order has been processed for brushed or polished items, 2-4 business weeks for Chrome or anodized items. *Rush Processing is available at additional cost - Please call for more information.
Returns
All sales are final
Returns will be accepted only for the damaged or defective and incorrectly shipped parts.
Notify us within 30 days from the invoice date, after 30 days returns will not be accepted.
All returned parts MUST be returned with a original or a copy of the receipt and a RMA number.
RMA number can be acquired by logging on to your account and requesting a return number. Please include a copy of your RMA with the package and also include the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box.
All items will be inspected by our Quality Control Department.
Any item ordered incorrectly is subject to a 20% re-stock fee.
Items removed from the original packaging are NOT returnable. Issuance of a RMA is needed in the time of a return.
After an item is approved, returns will be issued within 96 business hours.
Refunds are credited back to your account and will be in the form of a store credit.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
