Custom Orders

Custom orders are paid in full before production and are Not Returnable. Made to order products will take around 1-4 business weeks from the time the order has been processed for brushed or polished items, 2-5 business weeks for Chrome or anodized items. Blue, Gold and Red Anodized colors may be discontinued or considered as a custom made to order item as the popularity of the item. *Rush Processing is available at additional cost - Please email for more information.

International Orders

International orders delivery time will vary depending on the local customs. The customer is responsible for any and all duties that there country implies on the shipment to them. JDA Can NOT falsely claim any shipment for less then the product value on the customs declaration forms. The buyer is responsible for all duty tax.

Returns

All sales are final

• Returns will be accepted only for the damaged or defective and incorrectly shipped parts. Custom orders not refundable or returnable.
• Notify us within 30 days from the invoice date, after 30 days returns will not be accepted.
• All returned parts MUST be returned with a copy of your order or invoice emailed or it can be found in your purchase history.
• Package the product properly, ANY item not properly packed will be refused and sent back to the sender. (IF YOU CAN HEAR THE CONTENTS IN THE BOX THEY ARE NOT PROPERLY PACKAGED.)
• If you would like to exchange the item for another item please write that items SKU with options on the paperwork you are including with the item. 
• All items will be inspected by our Quality Control Department.
• Any item ordered incorrectly is subject to a 20% re-stock fee.
• Items removed from the original packaging are NOT returnable.
• After an item is approved for return/exchange, credits will be issued within 72 hours.
• Refunds are credited back to your account or in the form of a store credit.
• Shipping charges are not refundable.
